Shipping Policy

All goods which at us on sale, we have in our warehouse. Therefore, time of delivery and processing of your order will be minimal. We send your purchase next day after reception from you payments. Departures are made daily (exceptions the days off and holidays). Usually, time of delivery borrows 1-2 weeks from the moment of sending. You can as to take advantage of faster delivery services (such as FedEx, DHL, EMS and other), but they expensive.

Sending worldwide. All our departures are made from our office in Moscow, Russia. For sending we use only the checked up post services (such as Russia International Airmail). All our departures are marked as "gift" therefore to you it will not be necessary to pay the customs of your country. Departures of your packages it is made International Airmail (it is our priority method).

For packing the goods we use only qualitative materials. We carefully pack all your purchases that allows to avoid breakage of the goods during delivery.

If you have not received your parcel for definition of the status of your order, please, contact us. In some rare cases packages are lost, if you have not received your package come with us contact and we shall start to trace your order, during same time we shall send you replacement. All our departures have the insurance, therefore you can always expect for indemnification.
