Art Blown Glass
Glass one of the very first materials invented by the person
who remains known and claimed till now. Glass appeared five millenia has not
lost the urgency in the modern world back. Each generation of people is found
with new spheres of application of this surprising material. The talent of masters
working with glass gives uniqueness to products from a glass.
The history flown down begins with the middle of IV millenium
B.C. Considers, that glass was casually opened by Phoenician seamen. Seamen
have put utensils for preparation of food on blocks from soda. To I shall wipe
fire has kindled soda and has fused sand. This weight has cooled down and glass
was formed. The first products have been made of a transparent glass in ancient
Rome. In the modern world manufacturing of a glass and products from a glass
has got mass character, preconditions of it became the invention of the furnace
of Siemens-Martin. But today the tradition of manual manufacturing of products
from a glass for which the talent of the artist is required is not lost yet.
Modern manufacturing of products from a glass is based on two
methods:

1. The master uses a metal tube on half covered with
a tree. Its end are heated up on fire falls to the fused glass weight.
Having taken out a tube from the furnace the master starts to blow strenuously
in it. Glass starts to find the form of the conceived product. Thus the
master holds all weight on weight irrespective of weight of a product.
Thus, forming it by means of tools.

After formation, the product should cool down two days. This
method makes fine utensils, the big mirror glasses.

2. Before the master on a workplace there is a big set
of color sticks (darts) having the different sizes and color. As before
the master the gas torch is established. On color of a flame of fire he
defines the moment when manufacturing the conceived idea will begin. The
master brings a dart to a flame.

Fur-trees it is necessary for him to change color of a glass, he mixes
colors of two and more darts to achieve the necessary color. Work of
the master is very dangerous as the flame of fire is on small distance
on behalf of. After reception of the necessary color the master starts
to form products with the help of tools. At the moment of work the master
is similar to the little boy playing with plasticine.

After manufacturing, the product should cool down some
hours. This work can seem very simple, but for one day the master can
make all some products. In each work the master puts a part of own soul,
and products from a glass are eternal.
